Ihor Kulyk, the director of the SA UINR, took part in the annual conference of the European Network
The director of the SA UINR Igor Kulyk took part in the annual conference of the European network of official bodies, which responsible for the files of the secret police, held in Berlin (Federal Republic of Germany) from the 16th to the 18th October 2023.
The conference summed up the 15-year activities of the network and outlined prospects for the future.
Ihgor Kulyk shared his experience in preparing joint international exhibition projects and the results of exhibiting the traveling photo documentary exhibition «Communism = Rashizm».
