The author of the exhibition, director of the Archive of National Remembrance Ihor Kulyk to participate in the opening.
Also on the same day at 14:30 the exhibition will open at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia (Islandi väljak 1, Tallinn). The event will take place with the participation of Minister Urmas Reinsalu, Estonian diplomats and deputies.
The exhibition «Communism = Rashizm» aims to show parallels about the crimes of the USSR and modern russia. All the terrible events that happened after the full-scale invasion of the russian federation on February 24, 2022, are a continuation of the genocide against Ukrainians, which was also committed by the Soviet Union. Mass executions, torture, looting, persecution for the Ukrainian language and culture took place both in the 20th century and in the 21st century.
One of the reasons for the recurrence of these crimes is that they are forgotten and not talked about at the appropriate level.
